上海幻马文化传媒有限公司（幻马群英社）是一家专注做高品质“三渲二”的动画公司。

公司成立于2015年，总部位于上海，后在苏州开设幻马直属工作室，团队现有100余人。

早年业务以孵化原创漫画、动画漫画培训为主，2017年成立动画部门并获得英诺天使基金的数百万元天使投资，网易PRE-A轮融资。幻马群英社从融资伊始就以“三渲二”动画工业化团队建设及项目盈利模式探索为己任。

Our company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Shanghai. After that, it opened a studio directly under Suzhou, and the team now has more than 100 people.

The company's early business focused on incubation of original comics and animation comics training. In 2017, the company set up an animation department. It has received millions of angel investment from inno Angel Fund and Netease pre-A round of financing. From the beginning of financing, phantom horse Qunying society has taken the construction of "cel shading" Animation Industrialization team and the exploration of project profit model as its own responsibility.

2017年幻马成立动画影视事业部。幻马动画制作团队以三渲二技术为核心来打造国内优质实力的动画作品，动画制作年产能可达到1000分钟以上。由腾讯影视出品，幻马动画团队制作的《速滑少年》、《仰望星辰》动画短片已于5月上线。目前正在制作原创和合作开发的动画项目有8余部。

原创及改编动漫作品10多部，目前幻马原创漫画《ZERO零》正在进行院线电影及动画番剧的前期筹备工作。与日方合作的新作《寻妖异魔录》和《ZERO‘S》将以漫画动画同步的形式予各大平台发布。其他原创作品在各大主流平台持续周更中，作品有《追迹者》、《心之彼岸》系列、《赤灵》、《沧澜》等，漫改作品有《最后一个阴阳先生》、《继承者驾到：校草，闹够没！》、《暖婚撩人：顾少宠妻上瘾》等。
